HOPE Team – How we can help?

We’re here to be the first point of contact for adults who have drug and alcohol misuse issues, as well as helping to establish and strengthen community partnerships.  We work alongside our clients to support them throughout their treatment, proactively engaging, encouraging and supporting our clients on their journey to recovery.

A confidential service for adults over 18 who have identified problematic stimulant and/or alcohol use. We are a countywide service operating in Treatment centres, GP surgeries, hospitals, JCP and other community based facilities. For referrals, please email cddars.hope@humankindcharity.org.uk
